While you are waiting for the AMVIV edition to appear (later tonight!), I’m going to take a moment to let you know what’s being planned for the coming months under the White Roof!
I am working on a way to split the feed up so that audio reviews, Robert’s soundseeing tours, audio/video clips and the club shows each show up on their own separate feed. Of course there will be 1 main feed for those of you that want to get everything we produce. The big one here is making sure that you only receive any episode one time.
I’m working on the next event cast already and have planned some changes for it as well. More like additions, so watch for those. Don’t forget to send those events in to events@whiteroofradio.com.

Todd and db just spent the weekend in Las Vegas (baby!) checking out the 100’s of MINI’s that were there, cruised the strip and, luckily, did up a show with Michael Babischkin while hanging out under the Webb Motorsports tent.
Watch for something in the next few days, not to mention a full recap next week!
Gabe goes alone while db and Todd are in Vegas. Taking advantage of his aloneness he discusses the Apple Cube, Liquid Yellow MINI’s, the history of the BMW 3 series line and that world famous 3 series 50/50 weight distribution, among other things!

With db and Todd at AMVIV, and Gabe renovating a bathroom, I thought it was time for something different.
If you’ve heard my in-MINI reports, you know I’m in Toronto, Canada. We get winter here, as evidenced by my Canadian Extreme Donut post somewhere below (near the Woofcast #39 post).
However, we’ve had a change of weather, and I’ve now installed my never-used-because-I-took-delivery-with-snows summer tires and wheels. And the wheels are the Checkmate Edition Flame Spoke specials.
As you can see, they’re nice and shiny. And round. That’s something you notice right away about these special edition wheels. They are round. And they’ve got that cute ‘horseshoe’ thing going for them.
I particularly like how nicely they match up to the rubber itself. That is one nice, tight fit. And you can’t help but notice how nicely the Flame Spokes show off the JCW brakes. That makes the whole thing worthwhile, imho.
Needless to say, you won’t see many of the Flame Spokes around, ’cause you won’t see many Checkmates around. It’s a plot, I know, to artificially inflate the price of used cars, but hey, who am I to complain?

Second show of the week we are calling the FAQ show, kinda.

- The Cooper is one car out of many.

Todd can’t make the dragon and will be looking for free beer in Vegas for his birthday. db might be able to make it to the dragon, but probably not.
