After some travel, Todd and I finally manage to get together to talk about MINI stuff for you on a Monday night, like we like to do. Except it was Sunday. Late morning. Whatever.
We talk F56, engines, transmissions and SNL. All good stuff. Also good stuff is Nathaniel’s JCW GP Review, that you certainly don’t want to miss. We’re hoping he’ll talk more about his experience with us next week as we record Woofcast #456 live next Thursday at 9pm CST. Join us!

JCW GP Give away at Pebble Beach (updated)
Pebble Beach. The car persons mecca. The best of the best on display for all to see, drive and sometimes buy. If you don’t have 200k to spare to pick up that choice vintage Ferrari you’ve had your eye on, why not drop $100 to get in the running to win a brand new JCW GP?
Not only will the winner receive the fastest MINI to ever be produced, they will be able to take delivery at Plant Oxford which will include a full tour of the plant, airfare and 2 nights hotel! The only downside is that it looks like you need to buy your ticket in person. Update. Full rules and other information can be found in the flyer for the drawing here. (Read on…)

JCW GP: Official Ring Time
In case you missed it on Facebook or the MINI YouTube Channel. Not the full lap, but some exciting bits before they actually display the time on the screen.
JCW GP and Countryman on the move
During MTTS2012, we got to spend time with both the JCW GP display car and the JCW Countryman Pre-production car. Todd even drove the JCW Countryman and will telling us all about it very soon. In the meantime, here are some photos of them on the road between New Mexico and Arizona.
In case you missed them, all of my MTTS photos can be found in this collection on Flickr.
