We all took this week off, so for your listening pleasure, some out-takes, and little behind the scenes chit-chat and some podsafe music. And, since there isn’t really that much and I’ve got it ready, you even get it waay early!
-Some shoe gazer music -Not sure if Gabe is that young or is db is that old -Sony DRM is all bad -Punchy means a whole bunch of different things
Music played. -Rythms 2 by Todd Pearson From the Podshow Music Network -I Am Not Afrid by Majek Fashek -Propaganda by Jammin Inc.
Full show next week. I have an idea of what it will be, depending on what happens during the week. Check back Monday or Tuesday for more info on woof24.

db, Peter Murphy is from Bauhaus…the band you had just mentioned mere moments before!!
Bauhaus = Love and Rockets + Peter Murphy.
I think Gabe should sing the Humpty Hump song as your opening!!

and wouldn’t you know that I didn’t remember that until AFTER I was listening again? They say the memory is the first thing to go

Hey, I’d pay to hear Gabe sing the Humpty Dance!
Fun show, db. I love the sounds of the islands; helps to melt the ice a little bit here in the Midwest.
I’m almost embarrassed to admit this, but I know I’m in good company: I bought the Bangles’ Hazy Shade of Winter off the iTMS the other day. It’s 80s and it abso-freaking-lutely rocks; great bit of guitar. I couldn’t bring myself to buy the entire album, however…

It was nice to hear you guys talk about good music. Gabe mentioned listening to AIR (and others), which is a band I can’t make a playlist without including. You guys should have a music episode sometime. I feel good music is essential when driving. Thanks for an interesting episode!
